Integrated Project Management System (IPMS)

CWHI has developed an In-House Online Project Management Platform designed to keep our clients and partners continuously updated on every aspect of their projects. This platform provides daily information on production status, quality control, delivery schedules, logistics, financials, and risk control. By using this platform, we achieve superior quality control, expedite production and delivery processes, and provide timely updates and reports, ultimately building trust through transparency.
  • Comprehensive Project Management

    Each project is managed with a specific workbench package that includes Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Organisation Breakdown Structures (OBS), and workflows are created based on project requirements to optimise the process.

  • Enhanced Traceability

    The platform ensures strict traceability of all project documents and procedures. Every activity and group in the workflow falls under the responsibility of the CWHI PMT, and all inputs are locked and irrevocable to maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

    The platform fosters transparency by allowing all authorised parties to share information and exchange ideas online. Any updates from CWHI's PMT or the client trigger automatic, real-time notifications to ensure everyone is informed simultaneously.

    The system is accessible through both computer and mobile phone apps, providing real-time updates, daily and weekly progress summaries, and historical reports. This ensures clients have comprehensive and convenient access to all necessary project information.

CWHI Communications and Information Management
Our communications and information management system aims to facilitate effective communication and information sharing among all project stakeholders. This includes internal communication within the company, interaction with external stakeholders, and coordination between the Project Team and vendors.
CWHI Document Control Management
CWHI employs a mature traceability system for document management, ensuring the traceability and reliability of all documents.
CWHI Project Reporting and Meetings
We provide progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as appropriate for each phase of the project.
CWHI Risk and Opportunity Management
We collaborate with partners and third parties to identify and actively manage all risks within our scope. This includes reducing potential threats and exploiting opportunities related to Health and Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule, Environment, Performance, and Communication.
CWHI Programme Management
CWHI's programme management system is utilised to plan and deliver services. It serves as the foundation for progress reporting, scheduling, forecasting, and performance control of services, including the design, procurement, manufacture, and assembly of all major components.
CWHI Quality Management
Quality is essential for the successful delivery of any project. CWHI establishes a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) team for each project and engages Third Party Inspection companies to perform additional QA/QC tasks, ensuring an extra layer of quality control.
Project Execution Management
CWHI is responsible for ensuring that all necessary procedures, processes, documentation, and plans are in place to manage projects successfully and efficiently, adhering to best industry practices.

Alternative Project Management Systems

CWHI is flexible and can seamlessly integrate with our customers' preferred project management systems, such as Oracle Primavera. This approach allows us to enhance project schedules, quality, and cost efficiencies, ensuring a smooth and effective communication process with our clients and resulting in a barrier-free project management experience.
